3) Product information

We make every effort to ensure product details and pricing are accurate. Images are for illustration purposes. Fitment is confirmed against your VIN or vehicle details before dispatch.

4) Orders & payment

By placing an order you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Payment is processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store full card details.

5) Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We aim to dispatch stocked items within 1–2 working days. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Inspect goods immediately and notify us of any issues.

6) Fitment guarantee

If you provide your VIN or vehicle details at order stage, we confirm the OEM specification before dispatch. This activates our 100% Fitment Guarantee.

7) Warranty

New racks carry a 12-month warranty. Used (pre-owned) racks carry a 6-month warranty. Coverage requires professional installation, correct coding, and post-install 4 wheel alignment.

8) Returns

Returns must comply with our Returns Policy. Units must be returned complete, unused (unless faulty), and in the condition specified in our terms.

9) Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or damage arising from use of our products, including loss of business, profit, or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

10) Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
